The Culpeper Garden Club celebrated the Chamber of Commerce’s Leap of Kindness Day early on February 17 and 18th. Sixteen club members spent two days designing 175 fresh, floral arrangements for all the residents at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. Steve and Chris Cone, owners of Endless Creations Florist in the Culpeper South Gate Shopping Center, generously donated hundreds of gorgeous, fresh flowers, an assortment of vases, as well as the use of their shop for two days. The talents of the garden club members, combined with the abundant donation of flowers, brightened all of the resident’s rooms and common areas throughout the facility. As one of the garden club members said, “As much joy as the flowers brought to everyone at Culpeper Rehab, the time spent with my club friends on a worthwhile community project was priceless.”
