A group of interested residents at The Culpeper have been learning the art of flower arranging from a rotating group of Culpeper Garden Club volunteer instructors.  Each month two club members demonstrate a different design or seasonal theme which is then creatively interpreted by the novice designers. Their end results have been most impressive!
